The Chilliwack Society for Community Living, as a network of progressive, dedicated people, will provide quality, individualized services for people with developmental disabilities, and will support them in the pursuit of their personal goals by offering program options and family support as part of an interdependent community.

	Our mission statement is founded on the following fundamental beliefs of the CSCL:
a.	We believe that learning is an ongoing process necessary for growth.
b.	We believe that a healthy sense of self and respect for others, empowers us to strive towards our goals.
c.	We believe that all people are of equal worth and therefore have equal rights.
d.	We believe that all people have gifts.
e.	We believe that with goals and expectations of success, people have the power to achieve.
